Ingredients

 5 male plantains
 ¼ kilogram of cheese to melt
 ½ cup of ground bread
 1 egg

Preparation

First step peel and slice the male plantains.
Second step steam the plantains for 15 minutes over medium heat.
Third step mash the male plantains slice, then let the plantain puree cool in the refrigerator for at least two hours.
Fourth step cut the cheese into squares.
Sixth step wet your hands before starting, next with the plantain puree form balls of the average size, then crush the balls with our hand and place a cubes of cheese, and little by little form the molote.
Seventh step spread the ground bread on flat plate, next whisk the egg seasons with salt, pass the molotes through the egg and later in the ground bread.
Finally fry the molotes until golden brown, then let wring in paper towel.
I really like the male plantain molotes with cheese because I prefer the sweet food, and this snack is a combination of both.

Ingredients
 1 carrot
 1 cucumber
 ½ avocado
 1 Worcestershire Sause spoon
 1 beef steak
Meats that you can use
 Beef steak
 Chicken steak
 Pork meat
 Skirt steak

Preparation

First step season the meat with salt and pepper to taste, then cook the meat over medium heat in a skillet.
Second step cut the carrot, meat and the cucumber into cubes, place the ingredients in a container with lid, next cut the avocado into cubes and place in the container, finally add a pinch of salt and the Worcestershire Sause spoon, cover the container with lid and shake.
This recipe is my invention of mine, I love to eat this salad and it´s very practical and healthy.

Ingredients

 2 spoons of butter
 ½ cup of milk
 1 spoon of sugar
 2 eggs
 1 pinch of cinnamon
 4 slices of white bread
 1 teaspoonful of vanilla essence
 1 pinch of salt

Preparation

In a bowl beat the eggs, milk, sugar, salt, cinnamon and vanilla essence until well-integrated.
Then in a frying pan heat the butter, the slices of white bread are passed through the beaten egg and browned in the hot butter. Finally, them out and puts strawberry slice with honey to taste and sprinkle with ground cinnamon. Server hot.
I like this recipe because it´s sweet, and it´s very easy to make, and I like it for a delicious breakfast.
