Advocacy, Aid, Support	helps to transform policies and services that affect displaced and stateless people on a national, regional and global level.
Cash-Based Interventions	Most refugees live in environments where they have access to markets and services in the same way that local communities do. Providing refugees with cash enables them to fulfil their needs in a dignified manner and contributes to the local economy.
Education	refugees are five times more likely to be out of school than the global average. Only 50 per cent of refugee children have access to primary education, compared with a global average of more than 90 per cent.
Environment, Disasters and Climate Change	Climate change and the environment has a big impact on our work, as well as the lives of millions of forcibly uprooted people around the world.
Livelihoods	We work to promote the right to work, the right to skills development and innovative ways of supporting economic self-reliance among those forced to flee their homes.
Public Health	Several years ago, Immaculate and her husband fled conflict in the Democratic Republic of the Congo. Today, they live with their two-year-old daughter in Uganda’s Nakivale refugee settlement, where malaria is common.
Shelter	is a vital survival mechanism in times of crisis or displacement. It is also key to restoring personal security, self-sufficiency and dignity.
Asylum and Migration	Helping regional teams to implement refugee protection measures and providing legal and policy advice.
Ending Statelessness / Provide nationality	Stateless people may have difficulty accessing basic rights such as education, healthcare, employment and freedom of movement. Without these things, they can face a lifetime of obstacles and disappointment.
Safeguarding Individuals	Every human being deserves a life free from persecution and discrimination. But displacement can affect anyone. Hundreds of thousands of people are forced to flee their homes every day – young and old, sick and healthy, sons and daughters.
