Specifically, books. In quarantine many physical libraries were closed, so I started to buy in Play Books or Amazon: online libraries.

O: What is the first book you bought in an online shop? And how did you receive the book? Did you go somewhere to receive it or by delivery?

M: It was a book named “La carretera” , a mysterious book and it was bought by Google Books. I didn't have any problem with the book, because it was a virtual book. But in other moments, the distributor has some problems with the address.

O: I heard about that. Do you know what happens if you delete or lose the document? Before the quarantine did you think to buy from online shops? Or Do you think that sometime you would buy it online?

M: Well I generally buy them in physical libraries, because this is more face to face, with sellers and also you can talk with other customers. And with quarantine I have to replace that in online form.

O: Personally when I have been buying I made a list and I compare the prices and qualities of products and prepare a budget to spend my biggest purchase were been a earphones, a toy for my cat, a key ring and a molds for the cookies, I bought these in AliExpress that was my second purchase so I bought many things.

M: Oh I did something similar, but by Amazon. In these online stores there are many offers of one product and you have to evaluate the quality, price and also it´s very important the feedback of other customers. On many occasions reading these comments help me to make a better decision.
